sounds like a bag or nails!!!

Just a quickie to see if anyone has had similar noises coming from their car. My 172 cup literally sounds like there is a bag of nails being shaken around when i accelerate. Iv just had the engine mount under the battery (thank god for warranty!!!) but the noise was there beforehand. Can anyone tell me any possible soluions to stop this annoying sound!!!!

go to B&Q, put some nails in a bag and shake it! iv had a look round the engine bay to see if there was anything rattling around and there was nothing obvious
