Spacers and spring help

Had my flamer for a month now and started to think about loweing it. I don't need £500 coilovers to drive to tesco and uni so just want some good lowering springs probably these http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2469&appid=2 is there anything better value than them elsewhere?

I also want some spacers but i know less than nothing about them could somebody tell me what size and make to get and there where to get them from?

I would wait until you lower the car first, let the springs settle then see what sizes of spacer you'll need.

Measure from the outer edge of the tyre to the inner edge of the arch, and leave 5-10mm for clearance, that's how I judged mine
