Spacers / Stud Conversion

I'm looking at a set of wheels which will potentially need 15mm spacers all round to make them sit similar to the standard cup pack wheels.

I've noticed a few posts on FB about incorporating a stud conversion into the hubcentric type spacers.

Has anyone done this and what do you need to make it work.
