Spare Plug Behind Glove Box??

Random spare plug behind glove box. Anyone know what it is for?

Second random plug I have found in my car now, other one was in the interior light section but nobody on here could tell me what it was for...

Therfore it's for communicating with it.
Mine hasn't got one, and wasn't spec'd with one.

But nothing is plugged into it it's just a socket

Glove detector iirc. Renault scrapped the idea after the looms had gone into production, hence nothing to plug into it.
