spare wheel change......removal?

how do i remove this, i have tkaen the cage out but still have the bit that it clips innto attached how do you remove that

What you talking about mate?

You've unwound the "cage" from inside the boot, until its all the way down, then get behind the car, and lift it up by hand so the "cage" comes free of the clip.

Then the cage lowers to the floor and you take the wheel out?
