Spax RSX or H&R Coilovers - Track car

Currently my track 182 has H&R Coilovers on it. I'm picking up a 182 at the weekend with Spax RSX coilovers on it.

I'm putting the new Clio on standard suspension, so will have a spare set of Coilovers. Which would be best for the Track car? (The other will be sold).

Any experience of both? Also, any idea's on the values, is one far more expensive than the other?

H&R's are probably marginally better than the RSX, depending on condition of the shocks and spring rates

Which ever set is in the best condition and add stiffer springs.
