I dont think you can. And wiring up new wires is the biggest pain on the front speakers, cause you have to try and get it through the rubber bung bits on the door hinge!
Might be worth checking your local audio dealer though.
Much easier to cut the connector and crimp some new wiring in IMO. Good idea to leave enough wiring on the connector so you can refit them when you sell it on.
