Speed Camera detectors

I got done last night for doing 64mph on a 40mph duel carriageway, obviously now got 3 points.

Was thinking about investing in a camera detector, are there any in particular i should be looking at?

there pointles.. the technology the police use is so fast that by the time the sppeed camera detector has beeped the police has already clocked you

When he pulled me over, he showed me the gun and that it was calibrated etc etc, it showed he'd got me 900 yards away. There was no way id have even known he was there until it was too late. Wasnt even racing or anything, i was overtaking an old women in front, hence only being 20mph over the limit!!

ur best off learning how to pass the attitude test incase u get pulled! I got done doing an average of 104mph over a mile on a 60 dual carriage way at 2 in morn. Got away with 3 points, 60 squid fine instead of a ban

I had a road angel which i updated 2 days before, didnt do anything lol! Waste of money lol.

The police said that if they see a speed camera detector in your window they follow you til you do something, in thier opinion you have it because i intend to speed- fair point lol

gutted m8,
i have a garmin i300 sat nav with camera database set to pick up cameras at 1/2 a mile away also traffic light cameras, doesn't pick up Lazar though guess you need a snooper etc for that

To be honest the policeman was quite alright and i just went along with it not giving any grief, his words "you seem a nice guy and you obviously look after your car, you wasnt driving dangerously we can deal with it here by a fixed penalty notice instead of you going to court"

they were in a vxr vectra! And pulled me as i rolled up to the front gates of my barracks! cheeky f*ckers! I got screwed by the army tho haha.

I didnt know but a chavtastic saxo was following me and didnt stop, found out he lost his licence!

The thing that made me laugh is that while one guy was talking to me the other guy got a tit in Boxster booting it going the other way right passed the marked police car. The speed gun got him doing 98mph in a 40mph zone, turns round and goes, "now he WILL be loosing his licence"!!! i LOL'd!!
