Speedo and rev lights gone

Went to drive my clio last night turned my headlights on and it normally lights up the speedo etc but there was nothin.

Would this be a fuse?

Which fuse?

sure u havnt knocked the dimmer right down? as daft as it sounds ive done it a few times before

Its a clio mk2 2000 x
