Speedo calibration & 17 s

There was a thread about this a while ago - concerning the fact that fitting 17"s would throw the speedo out by a few mph. So I did some careful tests yesterday using the Origin B2 as a measure. I assume the Origin is accurate

The speedo on my car still over-reads even with the 17"s fitted. At an indicated 70mph, the Origin reads 69. So the speedo is still a safe measure of speed after all.

I drove up to Liverpool over the weekend, and going thru the specs cameras on the M6 I based the 40mph limit on the b2, the car speedo said 45ish I think.

Everyone was still zipping past hehe, heres hoping they get tickets.
