Speedo Dials

Anyone know how easy it is to change the dials on any car? Am looking at changing them to white ones, have found the right white dials to match the car but don't know how to actually fit them.

aye its quite easy from what ive heard, basically you need to take the top dash off, then take the dials out then strip them dwn take needles off, and jobs a good un
