Spherical bearings

Regs mean no spherical/metal bearings in suspension, but you can use coilovers but mine uses revalved MF koni's and eibach springs and you need standard top mounts.
Engine wise as long as the head , block and gear case remain anything is allowed except forced induction.
Mines now got itb's on standard engine bar arp bolts and quaife diff.
the top mounts are pretty pointless as the cost next to nothing compared to engine work but that's the msa for you lol

Sounds like a great result Mark :) I think my biggest fear for getting it done would be that it was still drivable on the roads so if it can manage that then on track I think you will love it! I'm glad to hear its drivable as I need to scrub in a new set of tyres next weekend on mine so I now have the confidence to give it a try ;) I will look forward to seeing the completed pictures and also seeing how it does on track :) PM coming your way in a minute

I thought I posted some photos of it all but clearly I didn’t. Not sure I have the photos anymore but will have a look for them. To be truthful id forgotten I had all the work done as now the car just feels ‘normal’, it doesn’t feel too harsh on the road and have done a few track days since so have moved-on and am now tweaking the hardness of the shocks. It seems to feel better with both the front and rear on about 50% stiffness.
