took my seats to get fitted and the garage wont fit them as the wiring for the airbags is diffferent on the car to the wiring on the seats.

Fit them youself if the garage wont! I take it you have the Cliosport seats going into a non-sport? Its the air-bag wires that dont match up, you just need to put a resistor onto the non matching wire to stop the lights coming up on the dash. I have this problem just cant be bothered to fit the resistor now the seats are in.

yeh going into a non sport, i dont have the time at the moment to fit them myself

How do you fit the resistor, and where do you get it from?

I've obviously got the same problem with MOT coming in the not too distant future.

Im not acctualy sure how you do it as i havent bothered yet.
Have a search on here, people have talked about it before.
I have gone through a M.O.T with the dash lights up and it was fine though.

Airbags/side airbags dont affect MOT's

They may produce an advisory saying Airbag Light On
