sport xenon replacement bulbs

one of mine has decided to go pink so need to replace it as ive got mot at the end of the month.

my local motor factor want £95 plus VAT but i'm sure i've read somewhere on here that you can get them for £60 plus delivery?

can anyone guid me where to go please?

Just noticed you have a 172 cup, are you sure you have xenons?

I currently have these in my 182 FF and they work perfectly plus they are a lot cheaper than most other places.

yeh previous owner fitted sport headlights to it. not sure why?

i take it that the bulbs are different from the 172/182 sports? or are they all the same?

D2S are the type you need. 4300k is the standard rating.

Yep, all 172 mk2's, V6's mk2 and 182's.

I'm a little skeptical that they can supply 8000k ones that actually put out that colour temperature.

Mine are 6000K Steve and are as high as I'd go. Can't imagine there's much usable light at 8000K

8000K is too blue and they give much less lumen. 5000 or 6000 K is the way.

Ive got a spare set of philips D2S bulbs. Not sure what kelvin rating they are but i'll check later
