What happened to turning up to the meet dude?

Just spray it with satin black? No primer etc? Should have just done the whole thing. Looks tidy atleast.

i went for satin black when i had mine, the finish looks very powdery me thinks. need better pics

will get some better pics when lower grille and fogs are done!

its not powdery tho, is just th pics, and i didnt wanna do the whole thing as it has the renault stickers on and may look abit tacky with them sprayed!

how do you remove the rear strip on the rear bumper?? was going to spray it befor but didnt know how to remove it, did you rub the grille down 1st or just spray straight over with plastic primer?

Is it a bumper off job to get the grill out?
I will be doing it this weekend one way or another unless my CF bits come through.

It's not a bumper off job to get the grill out. You just apply pressure where the clips are (along the top and sides) and push the grill towards the car.

Did you just say you didn't bother prepping the grill and just sprayed over the top? That will look great when it all peels off after a month LOL.

I know you lot did yours either matt ir satin black but because my car is black gold anyway i did it gloss on the grill, an it looks bob on i would say.

I got mine done in gloss black on my old Trophy, too. Front grilles, fog surrounds, and the little strip on the rear bumper, looked brilliant and no more 'Back to Black' spray needed!
