spring at gearbox linkage broken (pics inside)

linkage underneath seems very slack im sure this is why because of a broken spring.

could someone advise me where to get one of these springs. or if someone could take a picture of their linkage that would be great so i can see how it fits in. i grudge taking it to a garage to fit a spring lol.
