Spring Rates of H&R for 172/182

Does anyone know the values for H&R? The normal lowering spring set for the 172/182.
I can't believe they don't publish this data, it's not particularly hard to measure and Eibach provide their numbers.

Hopefully someone here knows, numbers only thanks.
