Squeak on mk1 172-front drivers side!

When going over pot holes there is quite a loud squeak coming from the front drivers side somewhere. I thought it was on the suspension but I have recently uprated this but the noise is still there and probably worse!
I dont think it is a noise from interior parts but it is hard to tell!
Any ideas-could it be engine mounts?

mine squeeks like a b*****d on the drivers side.

i guessed it was the bushes... it gets worse if im braking because the weight shifts to the front.

does that sound the same as yours?

Lol, same thing for me but on the passenger side.

Yup, same here over speed bumps. Think it's the drivers side but can't see anything obviously wrong and it's recently been serviced and they didn't spot anything.
