Squeaking fan belt

I've determined that the alternator pulley is squeaking continuously when the car is on, I had the alternator changed about 5 years ago. Nothing is wrong with its function, but I'm wondering whether I need to change the whole alternator, or whether I can swap out the pulley to get rid of the annoying and loud squeak?

You can swap the pulley its a clutch pulley on them and when they fail it causes a squeaking sound. i done one on mine a few years ago and it cured it, needed a special alternator clutch pulley tool to do it though.

Thanks, do you mind linking me to the part on euro car parts or similar? I tried to search the pulley but I'm not sure whether its the correct one as there are various for other parts of the engine.
