Squeaking issue, can somebody help?

I have an X reg 1.2 Clio. It's been very good to me thus far, however there's a noise that I think could be a problem.

There's a very high pitched squeak when I turn left, I heard it while in a car park, I don't notice it outside on the road. When I drive slow and turn left it's a slow squeak with a pause in between each one. When I go a bit faster and turn left it's a quicker squeak so I assume it has something to do with the wheel rotation. Can anybody help, hoping it's not going to become serious
