Squeaking noise

So basically my step dad finished sorting my car yesterday. Changed the water pump and timing belt. As well as the part that connects the water pump to the bottom pipe and a power steering tensioner and bracket. That what he said it was. But it seems now when I start my car there's a loud squeaking noise. I hear it over my music so it must be. And when I change down a gear for a corner it does it to. Is this normal after any of them jobs or has my step dad done something wrong or is it a whole different problem again?

The screeching seems to have gone. But it only happened when its was pissing down or really wet. Not any other time.

mine does it everytime i start car get short squeel, i thought it was fan belt

did you change the auxilliary belt and tensioner kit?
