squeaky :(

hey recently ivew been hearing a squeakng noisw (quite loud)
when i go over a bump
its coming from the front passenger side..
any ideas what this could be?

Mine did this, when it had an MOT it needed a ball joint.

could it be the sunroof? mine squeaks like there a bunch of mice havin a party in me car!!!!!
