Aux belt more than likely - worn belt / needs tightening etc could be a multitude of things..

Get it looked at by someone who knows whats what :) - Rentech aren't far from you.

you may as well change the tensioner and the idler whilst you're there.

it's probably the idler that's causing the squeeking as your describing the same symptoms i had.
