can this be used? and how would you take it off again just a microfibre?
car was clayed recently so that shouldnt need done. would the SRP take out swirl marks too or need a more speciailised compound for that with a PC. as im tryin to get the lend of one
Menzerna seems to be a favourite amonst the detailing kings [not that I profess to be one:dapprove:]
Final Finish on a Finishing Pad or Polishing Pad for light swirls, alternatively if that doesnt work, Intensive Polish on a polishing pad followed by the former. Cutting pad? Yikes, dont ask me.
I'm sure the experts will point you in the right direction.
Remember to start light, check the results, then work harder if you need to.
Edit: IIRC SRP only has a light cutting action. I use it by hand, but then my car's mint
I read they have reformulated the Scratch X for machine use, the old one used to gum up.
SRP works lovely by machine, but wont correct any real defects. Used on a polishing or finishing pad depending what cleaning power you do want it to have will leave a lovely finish for the EGP when used by machine. Will allow you to work it until there is little or nothing left to remove with a MF cloth - so no dust.
