staling

hi

Got a problem witth my clio 1.2 16v (mk2 ph2) recently it keeps staling if im slowing down to a junuction and puting my foot down on the cluch, it seems to be doing it more and more, its getting dangreous, cause the other day i fha d the music on loud and was at a juncrion a nd han'nt realised it had staled, it starting to annoy me know.

it seems to be running fine, no rough idle or anything, any ideas peeps?

any waring lights?

just 'stop' oil light, and the orange one - think its emmisions - but they usually come on if u stall

before you stall any lights?

any oil leaking from the engine?

nothing before stalling, no oil leaks, in fact the car doenst use any oil lol , i do 300 miles a wk

do u reckon it could be dirty fuel , or would it do it all the time, cause i dotn put optimax in just the crap from the local service staion

it will be one of the sensors possibly the crank sensor or throttle possision sensor , better off getting it plugged in
