stalk adaptor problems

ive just bought a stalk adaptor its a connects 2, SRNS004 fitted it and it does jack all connected it as shown cant understand why it wont work any help would be much apreciated

The Alpine version required power to be connected to it to get it to work, other than that check that youve fitted it properly.
