Standard 182 Stereo Saying Cd Error

My 182 stereo is constantly saying CD error every time i put a cd in,anyone know if this is a comon problem before i contact the dealers,i always like to go clued up on these things

I also have a Dension ice link fitted just in case this might be causing any problems.

sometimes cd error occurs if the cd is sh1te ..........doesn't read it , slight imperfections etc

Tried loads of different ones,so it's deffo the player
