Standard CD Player from 05 plate Clio

Will the above fit in to my 04 172?

I'm just about to buy one on ebay and not sure the any of the connectors were changed.

Depends, if there bother tuner models yes, but some of the 05 models started coming with the update list headunit which has a different input for the stalk control IIRC.

Will the Cd player still work though just without the stalk control? Can you get an adapter?

It means you can't put in the code for the radio so doesn't work at all. No idea about adaptors or what not.
