standard cd removal

hi just wondering once i have removed my standard cd player,
is it just a matter of connecting the same wires to the same places on my new stereo, or would it be better to fit it professionally???

Just connecting the wires i think, you might need an adapter thing.

no adaptor unless you want steering controls to work and will only work with certain radios,if your not bothered plug straight in
