Completely the same as the normal 172 exhaust.

Obviously it makes sound, but it is the same sound as the standard 172.

I don't think it makes a 'bad' sound - it's certainly noticable when pushing it - but nothing compared to the various aftermarket efforts around nowadays.

Lol, after I'd posted I stopped and thought "hmm, but then mine is corroded and about to fall off...". Probably more rumbly than it's meant to be standard!
