Standard ecu run air filter & exhaust

Just wondering if the standard ecu and set up will run an induction kit and exhaust. I know the engine should be remapped for best results but worried about the engine running lean.

If you somehow get a brilliant IK cars have been known to run lean from fantastic temp drops.
