Standard Kit On Mk1 172?

Im getting all fidgety now, i just wanna go and see this 172!

What standard kit is there, like air con, leather etc? Electric anything?

Also, anyone got a pic of the interior of one?

This will make plenty of people cringe, as nobody seems to like the phase 1 interior.

just check which silver it is as they did Iceburg and platinum i think and one of them rusted

Platinums the non 172 colour, think the other 172 colour is titanium, ohh and rattlles are free and built in

i couldnt beleive how light the bonnet was when i lifted seans, i expected it to be slightly lighter but always wondered how you could tell if you had one or not untill i tried to open his i nearly put it thru the windscreen lol

Electric windows, electric mirrors, heated mirrors, 6 disk cd changer and tape player, aircon, cat1 alarm (if not an import), double optic lights, ABS.

I think most had the shift light and only the early titanium silver ones had aluminium bonnets, someone will correct me on that.

Also look out for the limted edition 172 exclusive, its scarab green, has bbs wheels, full grey leather interior, leather steering wheel and silver 2.0 16v badge. Only 172 in this country and they are all numbered.

Oi! everyone dissing my car, yes the blue looks strange but ya get used to it. No shift light on mine...well not that I noticed got the light weight bonnet which is a scare everytime as its as light as tin foil.

yes, little green light

they do have heated mirrors (all mk2 clios have i believe) when you turn on the rear heated screen the mirrors come on too

Most do....

The bog standard ones didnt such as Authentique etc...

If they have electric mirrors then more then likely they have the heated mirror also.

ALL the RS models have them.

In the non-RS range anything above a Dynamique spec had them.

my late Y reg one has standard bonnet, all other kit as everyone has said. The seats look the nuts, especially with the coloured stitching!

My old car had a standard bonnet and mine was a Y reg mk1 172 in the "better" silver.
