Standard reno Cat 1 alarm

How come when i lock the car occasionally the alarm makes three beep noises and normally it just flashes the indicators and thats it armed. It only makes the beep once every few days so there doesnt seem to be any pattern to it?

Its on a 172 if that helps

Mine does it 2 sumtimes, have got no idea why though sorry.

Ive got a mate who works for renault tho so ill ask him

suppose to be a common fault but mine only done it once so Im not bothered about it. try a search there is a solution i think.
