3 Point harnesses if it's a daily. I had some OMP 3 points in my Saxo and they were fine. Any thing more and it's just a pain in the arse for a daily.

Convenience! 4 points are a pain in the ass when you need to nip somewhere quickly.

I want to do this myself but my concern is on the sides closest to doors the seatbelts will go through the seat and be snug but on the buckle side they will go over the seat so your not held in securely, correct me if i'm wrong?

Incorrect. The Buckle goes through the other side hole and clips in on the left hand side of your hip...Follow me?

Depending on how fat your arse is this can be awkward... I was a bit lardy when I had my polo with buckets and seat belts and it was tight!!!! lol.

3 or 4 point makes no difference... you mean if it has the cheap s**t buckle or the proper individual fastened twist buckle.

However, for me, I wouldn't mind spending an extra 30 seconds buckling myself in... the reason I hate harnesses in a daily is getting to a junction and not being able to lean forward!!! Or if you need something in the glove box... no chance!!!!

I love driving in harnesses, feeling planted and secure, they're just a pain in the arse!

has anyone got any other pictures of there bucket seats with the standard seat belts ?

super old thread- but a big question that about the pretensioners. I just installed sparco evos and the pretensioner is definitely not a good fit on the side. A piece of black metal on it folds around and prevents it from sitting snugly against the side mount. How have others done this?

Thanks!
