Standard Tuner Radio Code

I have the Radio/CD fitted from factory and as I have to disconnect the battery in a few days (seat fitting) I need it's code.

I don't want to give Renault £20 for 3 minutes work and seem to remember someone on here can help get them?

Any help would be much appreciated

If you have the service book (the red one)
its printed inside the frount cover at the bottom.

Just pray that the code in the book is the one
for the stereo in your car.

When I bought my 172 someone had put a different
head unit in so my code diddn't work.

Had to buy a completely new stereo.

You can get them timed out which means
having it plugged in to the mains for 24 hours
after that you can put any code in you like.

But this will probably cost as much as the code.

just phone up and say your code is not working with your stereo the guy will look your reggy up on the computer and give you your code, thats what i done

I actually feel like an idiot.

I've looked through all the documents so many times for the code and really don't know how I've missed it.
