Starting prob!

Keep getting a prob at the mo while the weather is cold & wet,i go to start my car & all iginition is on etc & then it wont even turn over just goes to start for about a milie sec & then stops,all iginition etc is still on & i get a crackling noise from behind the speedo area bit & then i go to start it again & starts fine??..maybe key fob batt?

nothing should crackle behind the speedo there might be a lose connection or something on the pod or steering column

Only seems to do it first thing in the morning & sometimes central locking wont lock properely unless i do it closer so maybe batt in key fob i guess

Any ideas?.just dies straight away as soon as i try to start it only when its cold & wet/damp,then after a couple of trys it starts!.dont even turn over

Get a little video up of this crackling noise .
Also it might be ignition related as @da rok said , lack of start crank power for a split second , check earths ect .
You might need an electrician
