starting problems

hi got a clio 182 that wont start will turn over but no fuel or spark there anyone got any ideas

faulty immobiliser. does the immobiliser light stop/flash (cant remember which is does) my 172 had starting problems which was an immobiliser issue, turned out it was the key, used my spare and it was ok, either thet or the key code reader round the barrel.

or TDC sensor fault, or dirty, located on top of the gearbox housing.
