Local tyre place says we can have them fitted for £69 each.

That be the ones iirc, had two fitted yesterday for £65 each, good price.

What does the 84 mean before the speed rating? I noticed 80 and 84 was available.

It's the load capacity, it determines what payload each tyre can carry. 80 = 450kg and 84 = 500kg.
