stealth shelf how to??

Hello!

I have a mk2ph1 and have 6x9's in my parcel shelf...they look crap but still want them. been told about a stealth shelf...how do u make them?

might aswel keep your original shelf with the 6x9s and re-trim the top of it with the car carpet roll stuff, 6.99 from motorworld iirc

yeh, its not that difficult, just got to make sure you keep the fabric tight over the top and use a bit of fabric glue where needed. and just use small staples to fasten underneath

tbh your better of making or buying a stealth shelf, youl get a better finish and better sound quality.
and no the fabric dosent really affect the sound quality attal mate :approve:

well try and get it so you cant see the shape of the 6x9s under thre fabric, and no you dont lose any sound quality at all, and theres not much point making one from scratch or buying one, its just a waste of money imo
