Doe's anyone know of a Manufacturer of a steel crank shaft for clio 172 ?

Speak to BenR or Stan* on here or just ring round the popular manurfacturers.

Yes, no problem.

However the stock crank is good for more rpm than the stock roller path radius followers can sustain without converting to non hydraulic operation.
