steering rack, pump or something else

When I first start my 172 phase 1,, I get 2 or 3 judders when I first move the steering wheel, then its fine until I start the next time, don't know if its connected but I also seem to be getting more torque steer than usual, suggestions please.

Quite possibly seized auxillary belt tensioner or worn belt.Check it out pronto,before it possibly breaks and takes out the cambelt and cylinder head.Better safe than sorry!
Any strange noises at the same time?

Thanks for that but I have the pms aircon delete fitted and its very new, but I will check the tension, no other noises.
