stiff seat runner:(

hi fellas my drivers seat runner is very stiff if im putting something in the back of my car.
i've tried wd40 and digger lube but that only stays working for a day or so.

any ideas?

Has a previous owner removed the spacers to make the seat sit lower?

Look where the seat attaches to the floor, if you can see bare metal they probably have.

i doubt it.its my 1.2

theres black rubber circle spacers(?) were the runners bolt is.
