Still popping when engine is warm

Hi guys,

Anyone's 172 sport exhaust still pop when the engine is warm...i didn't know if it should stop after its warmed up?

Only mods it has is a green panel filter and ktech 182 style exhuast.

Does it only do it after 4k rpm?
Your car may have the 'pop/bang' map loaded onto the ecu.

Its at idle which is strange

id say its getting too much fuel at idle.
id also be tempted to inspect the o2 sensor. Perhaps its giving an incorrect reading and the car is adjusting the fuel to match.
has your overall mpg gone down recently?

To be fair it has lately and its getting an intermittent fault with an O2 sensor...i'll get it swapped over and see how it is then...cheers mate
