stone chipped headlights?

Car  172
Hi is anyone else's headlights quite badly stonechipped on their 172's etc? I feel it lets the front down a bit, is there anything you can do apart from buy new units?

thanks

Yea mine has a few chips in it, but nothing u can do apart from buying a new headlight i think

Megs Plastx is supposed to be very good... got a good review on a puma forum i sometimes go on. Do you mean the dozens of small ones? thats what the problem was on the puma ones which it vastly improved tbh.....

1500 then 2000 grit wet and dry. Whack a rotary on afterwards and you'd be laughing.

the front of my 182 is coverd in stone chips, i dont like it but thats what u get from driving it hard:evil:

Indeed a bit of wet and dry and they'll be reet...

Stone chips can't be avoided tho they can be minimised by not sitting up the arses of cars in front...

That's what I keep telling some of the car bra people. They don't listen:dapprove:
