STOP and (!) warning light

Every so often, especially if I am on a bumpy road or going up hill, the STOP and (!) (brake wraning light) will flicker on and off.

I'm assuming that my discs or pads need changing, or is it an electrical fault.

Strangely, they sometimes come on when stationary, but tend to go off if I depress the clutch hard and the pedal hits the floor.

So time forr new brakes you reckon?

could also be your brake fluid

Brake fluid is low, also check your pads.

hmm, if the brake fluid is low, it must be spectacularly low as i put 1/2 a bottle in when it first started doing it (being thats what the manual said it was)

I'll check my pads out instead.

Yep - its your brake fluid/front pads.

Yep had same issue...went to renault he topped up my brake fluid...problem solved!

^^ur pads will be low and when u push the cylinder back that extra brake fluid u put in will want to come back oot!!!
