stop light flasing/flickering ?

can anyone tell me why when i boot my 182 sometimes the stop light might flicker and another red light near it (never get to see it in time!) is this my traction control light or battery terminial loose or something like that, or could it be a change gear warning???? or something wrong with the car!!!

could be the handbrake light? check brake fluid level and pad level

mine done that when hard cornering when the front and rear brakes were needing replaced, think its possibly it trying to tell you the brake fluids low?
