I have seen a similar 200 around chichester with the silly RS stickers on the side but thats a 08 plate 197.

Yep looks like a 197 cup. DWN looks to be the last few plate letters.
The back one has been added but the side ones may have come from factory

they do help break up the slab-sided whiteness of the car a bit though.
