Strange noise from this

Here goes there is a strange noise coming from what I am sure is this area, the best way I can describe it is similar to when you have a bike wheel and one of the brake pads is catching but only at a certain point each turn more noticeable on a cold start up. Any ideas, is it a servicable component before I remove it to have a look. Thanks in advance.

Problem sorted, it was this one circled in yellow.
