strange noise when turning

My car creaks all time when i turn the wheel. can really hear it when going 10mph or stood still. I have 17" wheels btw.

Any ideas ?

Mine does exactly the same thing as my other did, don't worry as I've had the car checked, it's the tyre's juddering because of the tread, feels like it's stuttering with the small noise. Hope that put's your mind to rest a bit.

check the drive shafts n cv boots

Check the ball joint etc and PAS fluid.

If your tyres are wide it bound to happen to a degree anyway.

take it in for warranty, mine did the same, they sorted it out.

sounds like the cv boot joints are shot in ur driveshaft(s).

I get a noise as well when MY 172 cup is on full lock but its more blunking from around the wheel area.

i think it may be ball joint as there was a thread earlier who had same noise and people said that. It going into garage friday so will let you know.
