Strange sound over 5000rpm

In my 182 when i got over about 5000rpm on full throttle it makes a strange sound its hard to describe;

Its like a metalic, sucking or maybe a slight rattle?

Also slightly more worrying, when I turn a corner sharply in gear there is a while?

Any ideas?
